What To Expect

Pyramids of Giza
The Giza pyramid complex is an archaeological site on the Giza Plateau, on the outskirts of Cairo, Egypt. It includes the three Great Pyramids (Khufu/Cheops, Khafre/Chephren and Menkaure/Mykerinos), the Great Sphinx, several cemeteries, a workers' village and an industrial complex. It is located in the Western Desert, approximately 9 km (5 mi) west of the Nile river at the old town of Giza, and about 13 km (8 mi) southwest of Cairo city center.

The pyramids, which have historically been common as emblems of ancient Egypt in the Western imagination,[1][2] were popularised in Hellenistic times, when the Great Pyramid was listed by Antipater of Sidon as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It is by far the oldest of the ancient Wonders and the only one still in existence.

Amazing Egypt 2022
sn588, 02-02-2022
We had an amazing time in Cairo learning about the rich history and visiting wonder of the world. Ali, our guide answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable, well mannered and accommodating of our needs. He took the time to explain the history of monuments and went out of the way to make our trip a memorable one. Ali and his staff always thought about our preference, health and safety at all times.
Each part of our trip was more enjoyable than the past one. Giza, Sakkara, museums, mosques, churches each with rich history going back to the beginning of time is found no where in the world but here. Combined with great tour guide and amazing staff, the agency let's the visitors have a complete hassle free and unforgettable experience.
Thanks to Ali, Ahmed, Mohammed and the whole team for making our trip a great memory.

Weekend in Cairo

We had 48 hours in Cairo on a brief weekend trip. We already had a rough idea of what we wanted to do but needed a guide and driver to get us around and fill in the info! We were very happy with service provided - our driver (Abdu) picked us up at Cairo airport on time, all other pick ups were on time. Very friendly guy! We spent day 1 with Ahmed touring Giza pyramids & sphinx, the Egyptian museum, Al-Azhar Mosque, and the Khan El Khalili bazaar. Day 2 we travelled to Sakkara with Michel and also visited Dahshur and Memphis. Both guides had different styles but really enjoyed the variety and different teaching styles. Overall I found these guys very professional in all aspects, very well educated, excellent English and an efficient way to see the sights of Egypt. I would recommend

First things first!

Ali is The Tour Guide!! We also had the best driver in Egypt that we’ve had thus far - his name is Ahmed - that’s saying something too. If you have ever been here, you know these folks can drive!!

The Tour:

It started promptly. Ahmed was at the ready in front of our hotel before the given time. Off to Giza, Sakkara, and Memphis - we were with a stop at an amazing papyrus store along the way. This has been what seemed like an unobtainable dream of mine since I was a small child. This whole country seemed so foreign, so far far far away. When I saw the Pyramids of Giza for the first time, a huge smile erupted from my face. It’s happened once before in this fashion - so that shows how rare that is! Ali helped bring this dream to fruition. His in-depth knowledge was great. Plus, he knew all the right spots for the best pictures. We had time to stop for a lovely quick lunch and plenty of cold drinks along the way too.

Do yourself the favor go and see these treasures of the ancient world - and if you do - use Ali.
Best Tour guide ever!

We were referred by a friend who had an amazing time and her recommendation couldn’t have been better. Ali was an incredible historian of ancient Egypt but besides that he was just an awesome guy. His English was impeccable and he went way above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. He even stopped and bought us a traditional Egyptian breakfast at his favorite local spot when we said we had missed breakfast at the hotel! Many guides parade you through shops to try and get you to buy something but not this one. He only took us to shops we asked for and got us exactly what we were looking for. Book with this operator, you won’t be disappointed!!!! I’d give him 10 stars if it was possible!
Pyramids & More!!!

We really enjoyed the full day with our guide Ali. We were able to see the Sphinx, Giza pyramids and do a camel ride for $15 USD per person. We also climbed down into both the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid. Ali was a great sport, taking pictures for us and encouraging all our exploring! He also had lots of history to share as we went along. We enjoyed the stop by the papyrus art exhibit, though that could have been a bit shorter to allow for more exploring at Sakkara. The dinner was delicious at the end as well. Ali had a friendly demeanor and was super knowledgeable. We highly recommend him!
