Luxor and Aswan
braggrr, 29-06-2019
After booking and paying for my trip through Viator, I got the contact information of the local tour operator. I wanted to extend this trip to include an extra night in Luxor. They went to great lengths to make it happen. There service was excellent throughout. Their timing was great. The guides and drivers were exceptional. This was a whirlwind tour of the main highlights of Luxor and Aswan, but it all fitted in very well. early starts in the morning and a lot of driving but very well worth it. I would do the same again in a heartbeat. Really great.
2 days Luxor,Aswan and Abu Simble by Round trip flight from Cairo

I had a great 2 day tour with Amr! He was very knowledgable about the Egyptian history! He allowed me to have as much time as needed to tour and take pics at each site. This was an excellent tour in Abu Simble, Aswan and Luxor! There isn't must to see from Aswan to Abu Simble but sand for 3 hours but it was worth the trip! Visit in the winter months because August is HOT! I didn't care for the Hotel in Aswan...the bed was hard as a rock and the bathroom was old. I night stay was it and off to Luxor which was another 3 hours trip in the desert. The Temples in Luxor are amazing and a must do! Just make sure you tell anyone trying to help see or take pics NO! They will ask you for money and they do not work for the sites. I would diffinitely recommend this tour!
Amazing experience

The tour was great from start to end. The tour guide in Luxor - Nassar was knowleageble and fun. In Aswan our tour guide was Mohammed and he was just amazing. At the very least minute we had to cancel the Abu Simbel part of the tour and they were so king to rearrange the schedule for us. Totally recommended. Thank you so, so much.
Unforgettable Tour package!!!

My family & I booked this amazing private tour! Achmed & his driver picked us up from our hotel in Giza to Cairo airport. Flew from Cairo to Aswan. ASWAN: Abu Simbel, High Dam, Philae temple & Unfinished Obelisk! Unbelievable tour with smart & funny egyptologist Basma!!! She brought us to this mall by the Nile (where Totoland is), and ate at a Syrian restaurant (A5) with yummy food! We loved the food that we had to “take out” one & brought it to the hotel. Overnight at the awesome Basma Hotel with nice view! It was a hot day but unbelievable experience! We had 3 coolest drivers (3 Mohamads! Yup, same names! LOL!) Best drivers in Aswan! The van flew to Abu Simbel, 3 hours of driving, nothing but desert! LOL! Abu Simbel is unbelievably beautiful & quiet! Philae temple is awesome too! It felt like we’re royalty because we’re the only ones there! Awesome!!! The Sound & Light show at Philae temple was cancelled due to very limited people. It’s okay because we watched the magnificent Sound & Light at the Great Pyramids the day before anyway.
LUXOR: Full day to the East & West Bank in Luxor with smart Egyptologist Fawakeh & cool driver Mohamad! We went to Colossi of Memnon, Valley of the Kings, tomb of king Tut (extra fee of $7 each), temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Then, to Karnak & Luxor temple. We went to an Alabaster store wherein they showed us how they make Alabaster vases, jars, etc & even invited us during the process of making one. Awesome! We went to El Husien restaurant! Great food! Then, from Luxor, flew back to Cairo airport where Achmed & his driver were waiting & dropped us off back to our hotel in Giza. If you wanna experience & learn 5,000 BC stuff (advanced civilization & longest superpower era in the history of the world) and experience like royalty, you gotta go to Egypt! Book this tour from Emo Tours! Our Egypt tour was the best travel experience we ever have!!! Egypt is safe & Egyptian people are one of the friendliest peoples on the planet!
